If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we encourage you to return it—because your trust matters more than anything. Our easy return process ensures a win-win: you get your money back or an exchange, and we get the chance to serve you better. Your satisfaction is our priority. Help us to earn more precious thing in our business, which is your trust, not money.

We will schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original Tshirt Dream garment. Also note that we do not provide reverse pick-up service for order value less than Rs1000. In such cases we request you to please self-ship the product to us. You can self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at info@tshirtdream.com with your order number.

Make sure the garment is unused and in good state. You are required to return the main product ONLY.

Suits, Blazers, Sherwani, and Nehru Jacket/Waistcoats are non-refundable products. We do not offer cash refunds for these items. However, customers have the option to exchange their Suits, Blazers, Sherwani, and Nehru Jacket/Waistcoats for a different size, colour, or style within 14 days of receiving the order, outfits must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

FOR CUSTOM GARMENTS

We want to provide every customer a wonderful experience. However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for a custom garment as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email
